Love this lemony flavored wonderful cake. It reminds me of a cross between a Chess cake and a pound cake. This is a must try!

Ingredients

2 stick
butter, room temperature
3 c
sugar
5
eggs
3 c
all purpose flour
1 Tbsp
lemon extract
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
3/4 c
sierra mist soda
powdered sugar

Step-By-Step

1Preheat your oven to 325. Cream together butter and sugar, then add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
2Add flour and extracts and beat well. Gently fold in sierra mist. Pour into well greased 13x9 pan.
3Bake at 325 for 1-1 1/4 hours or until cake tests done in the middle. Dust with powdered sugar and serve. I think this is great when you can serve it warm. Yum! Yum! Yum!
