cools, about 20 minutes, poke deep holes in top of cake with meat fork. Make
Jell-O using 3/4 cup hot water and 1/2 cup cold water. Cool Jell-O to room
temperature and pour over top of cake. Refrigerate until Jell-O sets, then
ice with the frosting ingredients.
