3/4 cmarshmallow cream

2 Tbspheavy whipping cream

mini marshmallow bits

How To Make s’mores pumpkin roll

1Beat the eggs and sugars. Add the pumpkin and beat again. Stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Slowly add to the pumpkin mixture.

2Line a 15x10 baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cake batter evenly in the pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Immediately flip the cake onto a towel that has been generously sprinkled with powdered sugar. Peel the paper off and roll the cake and towel up starting from the shortest side. Let cool completely.

3Beat the filling ingredients until creamy. Unroll the cake. Spread the filling on the cake and roll back up. Bring the whipping cream to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted. Let cool slightly. Drizzle over the top of the cake roll. Sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips and marshmallow bits. Store covered in the refrigerator. Cut into 10 slices.
