Ingredients

1 box instant vanilla pudding (small)
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c coconut
1 1/2 c crushed pineapples
1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans
3 eggs
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c evaporated milk

mix all the ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 35- 40 minutes. Top with cream cheese icing. I use a 13 by 9 inch pan.
