3 Tbsp
flour heaping
1 pkg
strawberry jello (3 oz)
1 c
vegetable oil
4 large
1/2 c
1/2 pkg
frozen strawberries,sliced
1/2 stick
butter (do not use margine)
about two cups of powered sugar
1/2 pkg
frozen strawberries

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix cake mix ,flour and Strawberry and Jello.Add oil.Beat in eggs.Add water and strawberries.Mix well.Bake in greased bunt pan or tube pan 35 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
1/2 Stick Butter
1/2 Package Strawberries
About 2 cups Powdered Sugar
Melt butter with 1/2 package strawberries.Mash in .Mix in the powered sugar untill spreading consistency..
PERSONAL NOTE:::When I add the frozen strawberries to this cake batter ,if they are whole I cut them,in half's are quarters....If all you can find is the one frozen in the juice ,just drain them well and use them..I often do..

Sorry Deb,I use the frozen ones in the bag,I should have put the size in ounces on I use .I will be picking up a bag when I go to the store on Wednesday, and will put the size in ounces on that I use ..If I can,t find the whole frozen ones then I use a large box and drain them ..I will see that I get bot size in Ounces on so if people can,t find one they can use the other...

Am I the only one who doesn't understand how much a "1/2 package" of strawberries is? I'm assuming you mean the box of frozen strawberries? I only ask because they also sell them frozen by the package which is larger than the box. Hope this makes sense! Thx, deb
