Ingredients

1 pkg
yellow cake mix
5 c
chopped rhubarb
1 c
sugar
1 c
miniature marshmallows
1 pkg
strawberry jello (3 oz size)

Step-By-Step

1Mix sugar with jello. Stir into rhubarb and marshmallows. Spread in bottom of greased 9x12 cake pan
2Mix cake according to package directions. Spread on top of rhubarb mixture.
3Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. When serving, invert piece of cake onto plate.
