Debby's StorySuch great fun making these. got the idea from Bakerella and have included my cakepop recipe. the kids will love them!
1 package of oreo cookies
1 large package of cream cheese, softened
1 block (24 oz.) chocolate bark coating
1Crush the package of Oreo cookies in food processor until very fine. Add the package of cream cheese and blend until it forms a dough. Rolls mixture into balls and insert lollipop sticks at this time. Place into freezer for about an hour or so, no time limit required. Melt the broken up block of chocolate in microwave at 1 minute intervals until melted. Take the cake pops or balls from freezer and dip into melted chocoalte and gently shake off excess chocolate. Insert your broken pretzels for antlers, red cinnamon hots for nose, and the white non parels for eyes. I used an edible ink marker to make the eyes and to draw a mouth. The ideas are endless in how you want to decorate these. you can use two cake pops one on top of the other and make snowmen.just dip them in white chocolate. The melted dipping chocolate sets up quickly so be sure to work fast at getting your decorations on.
2I use a styrofoam block to set the cake pops in so they can set up. Enjoy!
