Fill your muffin pan with liners and scoop in some brownie batter. Fill it about 1/4 of the way. Then take your reeses pieces and toss them with a little bit of flour. This will help keep them from sinking all the way to the bottom of the cupcake. Stir into the cake batter. Then start filling your cupcake liners again. They should be at least 3/4 of the way full when you are done. Bake for 22-24 minutes. Cool and frost with a light peanut butter butter cream. Top with a reeses heart…yea I still have leftover Valentine candy

Cream butter and peanut butter. Add the water, salt, and vanilla and cream again. Slowly add the powdered sugar. After all the sugar is added, beat in another 1-2 tbsp. water. It should be very creamy and whipped looking.
