It did taste very good, but it didn't look very pretty. :/ I had made it to take to a Christmas celebration, but after it was baked I decided to not take it. I was afraid that the pumpkin wouldn't be sweet, so my husband and I gave it the taste test. It actually tasted okay, but then it had a hole in it. :)I will try mixing it into the cream cheese/sugar mixture next time like Paula Deen's recipe says. I'll let you know how it does.
