I was searching the Internet for a an easy recipe I could make in my muffin top pan and came across these gems. They were so easy to make and very tasty!

Ingredients

1 pkg
spice cake mix
1 pkg
vanilla instant pudding
1 c
canned pumpkin
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1/4 c
sugar
1
egg

Step-By-Step

1Prepare the Spice cake mix according to the directions on the box. Add dry pudding mix and pumpkin; mix well. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups. Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Blend in sugar and egg; spoon over the batter.
2Bake at 350 degrees for 18 - 21 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for five minutes; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
3I made these in my muffin top pan and baked them approximately 10 - 11 minutes. ENJOY!!
