Ingredients

CAKE BARS

eggs
1/2 c
applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 c
canola oil
15 oz
pumpkin, canned
2 c
flour
2 c
sugar
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
pumpkin pie spice (more if you'd like)

FROSTING

6 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
6 Tbsp
butter, room temperature
1 tsp
milk
1 tsp
vanilla
3 c
powdered sugar

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease jelly roll pan. Set aside.
2Beat first 4 ingredients to combine. Mix together dry and add to the wet, stirring to thoroughly combine.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes.
3While baking, beat all frosting ingredients together. If you desire a thinner frosting, reduce the cream cheese to 4oz and the powdered sugar to 2 cups. Frost cake when slightly warm, and enjoy!!
