I started with an incomplete recipe and came out with an AWESOME Cake!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
(15oz) pumpkin
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
1/2 c
sugar
4
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ginger
1 box
yellow or spice cake mix
1 c
chopped pecans
1 stick
butter, melted

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 cake pan.
2In large mixing bowl add pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar,vanilla and salt. Mix well for 2 minutes medium speed.Pour in cake pan.
3In another bowl with melted butter add cake mix and nuts. I start out adding 1/3 cake mix and 1/3 nuts and stir. I repeat this till its all mixed and crumbly. Evenly top pumpkin mixture. Don't be alarmed since topping is heavy it tends to sink into pumpkin.
4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Warm or cold if you like pumpkin you will certainly enjoy this!
