This is a favorite of my family and co-workers! I like to make this during the holidays, but I get requests for it all year long. Very moist, very yummy. I've had this recipe for years, I do not remember where I got it from.

Ingredients

PUMPKIN BARS

2 c
sugar
1 c
oil
4
eggs
1 16 oz can(s)
pumpkin, canned or cooked
2 c
flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
real vanilla

FROSTING

3 c
powdered sugar
1 8oz pkg
cream cheese
1 stick
butter, softened
1 tsp
real vanilla
2 Tbsp
milk

Directions Step-By-Step

PUMPKIN BARS
Cream sugar and oil together in a good size-mixing bowl. Add eggs and mix well.
Gradually add the flour and mix well. Add rest of ingredients, mix well. Spread on a jellyroll pan. Bake 20-25 mins at 350. Use toothpick to make sure it’s done, as oven temps vary! Cool completely and frost.

FROSTING:
Cream the cream cheese and the margarine together. Gradually add the powered sugar mixing well. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
