My family loves this cake. You can frost it with Chocolate butter cream Icing or just sprinkle powder sugar on it. In the summer I serve it with strawberries or fresh peach slices with Whip cream!! Enjoy

Ingredients

3 c
flour
2 1/2 c
sugar
6
large eggs
1 c
milk
2 stick
butter (room temp)
1/2 c
crisco shortening
3 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1Put all ingredients in one bowl and mix on high for 5 1/2 minutes.

2Grease and flour a large tube cake pan.

3Bake at 325 for 80 minutes.
