This has always been a favorate of my family. Its fast it make, taste good, and always moist and light. It's not new, but I LOVE IT !

Ingredients

1
yellow cake mix
1 pkg
pistachio instant pudding
4
eggs
1 1/2 c
water
1/4 c
oil
1 tsp
almond extract
8 dash(es)
green food coloring

Step-By-Step

1In mixing bowel add dry cake mix, and dry pudding
2Add water, oil, almond extract, mix until moistened
3Add eggs, one at a time, and food coloring until well incoperated.
4Bake at 335 F for 1 hour 10min., or until cake pull from side of pan.
5Let cool
