Pistachio Bundt Cake

My mother has made this cake for many years, and it is so moist. I like to bring this cake to potlucks on Saint patricks Day, because of the pretty green color of the cake.

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup of water
1 cup of vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2-3 tablespoons milk

Step-By-Step

1In a mixing bowl, combine your cake mix and your pudding mixes, your water,oil and your eggs.
2Beat on low speed for 1 minute
3Pour your mix into a greased bundt pan
4Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 mins.
5Cool for 10 mins, before removing from your bundt pan, and cool on wire rack.
6Glaze : 1 cup confectioners sugar, I Tablespoon butter, softened, and 2-3 Tablespoons of milk. Combine the glaze and drizzle down your cake.
