Pistachio Bundt Cake

My grandmother used to make this cake when I was growing up. The last time I was able to stay with her when I was an adult, she gave me her copper bundt pan with the recipe, cake mix and pudding mix for the cake. I think of her every time I make this cake and miss her so much.

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 small box pistachio instant pudding

Directions Step-By-Step

Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well.

Pour 2/3 of batter in well greased bundt pan.

Add 3/4 cup Hershey syrup to remaining batter and mix well.

Pour this mixture over batter in pan and cut thru with knife to marbleize

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes
