PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE
crushed pineapple, undrained

crushed pineapple, drained
Pineapple Pound Cake - Cream butter. Gradually add sugar. Cream thoroughly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture one large spoonful at a time, alternately with milk.
Add vanilla. Stir in crushed pineapple with juice and blend well.
Pour into well greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350 for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours or until top springs back when lightly touched.
Let stand for a few minutes in pan. Move knife around edge and put onto cake plate. Pour glaze over warm cake.
Pineapple Glaze - Cream butter and add confectioner's sugar and drained crushed pineapple. Pour over cake immediately.
