Pineapple Picnic Cake

I have been making this never fail recipe from Mary Jo for nearly 35 years!

Ingredients

1 box
yellow cake mix
8 oz
cream cheese
1/2 c
milk
1 pkg
instant pineapple or vanilla pudding mix (small box)
8 oz
cool whip
1/2 c
chopped walnuts
13 oz
crushed pineapple, canned

Step-By-Step

1Bake cake as directed on box in a 9x13 pan. COOL.
2Blend the cream cheese and milk until smooth.
3Add the pudding and blend well.
4Spread all of the above on top of cooled cake.
5Sprinkle well drained pineapple on top of pudding mixture. Then spread cool whip. Top with chopped walnuts.

Refrigerate!
