- ,canned mandarin oranges,large can pineapple slices,8ounces of coolwhip.1white cake mix,1/2 can sweetened condensed milk,1/2 can of coconut milk,1box of coconut cream pudding,small amount of grated coconut,and1/4 cup crushed nuts.

1drainfruits to small sauce pan,add sugar and cornstartch,cook till slightly thickened,set aside. Prepare your pudding,set aside.have your coolwhip thawed,set aside.puree your oranges and half of the pineapple slices,saving other half of pineapple for finished cake.Now bake your cake ,omitting water called for in cake recipe use your pureed fruit instead,your batter will be thicker,When cake is done and still HOT,take a fork and poke holes all over cake and pour over both milks and thickened juices.Let cool 30 mimutes,then lkayer pudding on next,then cut up pineapple slices,then cool whip,shredded coconut,crushed nuts.this cake has to be refrigerated,but in my house it only lasts one day.They just won.t leave it alone.
