Ingredients For paradise banana bread

3/4 cgolden raisins

1/3 cdark rum
-
1 3/4 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

5 lgvery ripe bananas, mashed

1 cdark brown sugar, firmly packed

3/4 cbutter, melted
-
1 1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

8dried cherries, diced
How To Make paradise banana bread

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan.

2In pot, mix raisins & rum over medium heat, bring to boil. Cook until most of the rum has been absorbed; remove from heat & cool.

3In bowl, mix flour, powder, soda & salt; mix well & set aside.

4Beat bananas, sugar, butter & extract until sugar has dissolved; stir into flour mixture until combined.

5Stir in cherries & rum mixture.

6Bake 1 - 1 1/4 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
