Preheat oven per package directions. Spray pan(s) with cooking spray. In medium bowl combine cake mix, eggs and juice from Mandarin Oranges. Mix to combine well. Fold in orange segments and blend well. Pour into prepared pan and bake according to pkg directions for size of pan used.
While cake is baking prepare frosting/topping. In medium bowl place Cool Whip and dry pudding mix. Mix to combine well. Add drained pineapple and mix well.
