- 1 3/4 c
- all purpose flour
- 1/2 c
- 1 Tbsp
- baking powder
- 1/2 tsp
- 3/4 c
- 1/3 c
- sour cream
- 1/4 c
- butter (melted)
- chopped oreos (reserve 5 cookies for garnish)
1In medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt set aside.
In small bowl, combine milk, sour cream, and egg; stir into flour mixture with butter until blended.
Gently fold in chopped cookies. Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin tins.
I take my remaining crushed cookies and sprinkle them on top.
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. I use a toothpick to insert into center to check for doneness. Tooth pick should come out clean.
2You may even try frosting these with a vanilla cream frosting, or even a cream cheese frosting and then sprinkle crushed cookie crumbs on top. Both ways are so yummy!
