Omgolly Oreo Muffins.
In small bowl, combine milk, sour cream, and egg; stir into flour mixture with butter until blended.
Gently fold in chopped cookies. Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin tins.
I take my remaining crushed cookies and sprinkle them on top.
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. I use a toothpick to insert into center to check for doneness. Tooth pick should come out clean.
