If you like chocolate cake with a gooey chocolate center then this is for you! I found this recipe in a magazine a while ago. I made a few adjustments, but thought I'd share this extremely more-ish recipe with everyone. This will definitely satisfy any sweet tooth!
2In a oven roasting dish pour in 1/2 inch of hot water. Place dish in the oven. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa and baking powder.
3Combine chocolate and butter in a bowl, microwave on high, stirring once or twice, until almost melted (approx. 1 minute). Whisk until smooth.
4In a separate bowl, beat eggs, vanilla extract, sugar and salt until pale yellow. Beat in melted chocolate mixture. Stir in the flour mixture. Fill all 6 ramekins half way with batter. Drop in 1 tbsp of nutella into center of each. Then cover with remaining batter.
5Transfer ramekins to the roasting dish. Bake until cakes have risen and are cracked on top, about 35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
