CRUST: Grind crackers. Add sugar and mix. Add butter and mix very well. Spread into pan (11x7" edged jellyroll pan).
CAKE: Cream the cheese until fluffy.
Add milk, blend well.
Add eggs, blending well between each one.
Add juice and vanilla, mix until blended evenly.
Pour onto crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or till fluffed up throughout and golden brown on edges.
When done, let cool; then place sliced strawberries on top in any pattern you want, then drizzle the dipping chocolate over that. Or, dip each strawberry slice in the dipping chocolate first and arrange the pre-dipped strawberries on top of your cake however you want!
