Brenda's StoryI've used this recipe since the mid-'70; it is quite good.
plus one (1) inner seal pkg of graham crackers
candied fruit, chopped
1Combine milk, marshmallows and orange juice in large bowl and let soak 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix remaining ingredients together-a little at a time, stirring as you add ingredients. (It is easiest if plastic, disposable gloves are worn to mix ingredients and mold into pan(s).) Line pan with wax paper, put mixture into pan(s), cover with plastic wrap then aluminum foil and freeze for 2-3 days so flavors can incorporate completely.
2Remove from freezer, thaw, slice, and enjoy!

This is a very good fruitcake. It was a recipe that my former "grandmother-in-law" gave me and we loved making it together during the holidays!

I have looked for this recipe for a few years now and it is sooooo gooood! I am not a huge fan of fruitcake, but this one is a keeper! I was given this recipe years ago by a sweet "aunt in law" who has since passed and I am so happy to have found it again. Thank you for sharing it!
