1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2Line mini muffin tin with foil liners.
3Place 1 nilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla & sugar at medium speed; blend well. Add eggs, one at a time, mix well. Pour over wafers (only fill to 3/4 full). Bake 25 minutes. Cool completely. Add fruit pie filling, if desired.
