Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8 inch square pan. Set aside.
Melt chocolate and butter in medium bowl in microwave. Cool slightly then add coffee and vanilla. Mix together.
Then add ground almonds, sugar and 4 egg YOLKS. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff. Carefully fold into the chocolate mixture.
Pour into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
