Ingredients

2 stick
butter, melted
2 c
sugar
1/2 c
all purpose flour
4
eggs
1/2 c
pecans
4 oz
coconut
1 jar(s)
marshmallow cream
3 Tbsp
cocoa powder

ICING INGREDIENTS

1 c
cocoa powder
1 lb
powdered sugar
1 stick
butter, melted
1 c
vanilla
1/2 c
evaporated milk

Step-By-Step

1Cream butter and sugar together.
2In a separate bowl, sift together flour and cocoa.
3Add to the creamed mixture.
4Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5Stir in nuts and coconut.
6Pour into a 9x13 pan.
7Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
8Immediately cover hot cake with marshmallow cream and cool before icing.
9Mix together cocoa powder and powdered sugar in melted butter, vanilla and evaporated milk. Pour icing on cake.
