Cream the sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 2 sticks butter, eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix Well.
Add flour, coconut and nuts. Beat for two minutes.
Bake in a greased and floured 9 by 13-inch pan at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
When cake is done and still hot, spread the marshmallow creme over the entire top of the cake. Allow the cake to cool completely.
When cake is cool, mix powdered sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa. Cream 1 stick of butter until smooth. Add the powdered sugar mixture. Beat Well. Add milk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread on cake.
