- yellow cake mix
- 1 can(s)
- (15 ounce) cream of coconut
- 1 large
- can of sweetened condensed milk
- whipped cream or cool whip
1In a 9x13" pan, bake the yellow cake mix as directed on the box.
2While the cake is cooling, poke holes all over the top.
3Next, combine the cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until thoroughly mixed, then pour over the cake.
4Once the cake has cooled, spread a layer of whipped cream or Cool Whip to the top. Refrigerate.
5Whipped Cream: Whip together 1 cup whipping cream with 1 packet Whip It until thick.
