Combine first 4 ingredients. Beating well until smooth.
In a separate bowl combine next 3 ingredients and set aside.
Put liners in cupcake tin. Add wafer to each tin. Fill with 24 tins 3/4 way full.
Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
Add 1 tsp. topping to each cake from the mixture that was set aside.
Bake 5 more minutes and then top each with a single cherry.
