cream cheese, softened (8 oz. each)
1/2 c

sugar

2 Tbsp

sour cream
1 tsp

vanilla

caramel ice cream topping

How To Make milky way cheesecakes

Preheat oven to 350* Line cupcake pan with liners and drop 1/2 an Oreo cookie into the bottom of each. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs, sour cream, vanilla and caramel topping and beat until fluffy. Stir in the Milky Way candies by hand.

Fill each liner 3/4 full. Bake 22 minutes. Cool in pan for about 15 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely. Before serving, top with cool whip and garnish with extra Milky Way minis if desired and sprinkles. Refrigerate. Makes 12 mini cheesecakes.
