Ingredients

18 oz
yellow cake mix
11 oz
condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c
water
2
eggs
1 Tbsp
grated lemon rind
1 c
shredded coconut
1/2 c
crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c
chopped nuts
3 Tbsp
butter, softened
1/2 c
unsifted all-purpose flour
1/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c
shredded coconut

Step-By-Step

1Combine cake mix, soup, water, eggs, and lemon rind and beat until blended.

2Stir in 1 cup of coconut, pineapple and nuts and spread batter evenly into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.

3In another bowl cut butter into flour until crumbly. stir in sugar and remaining coconut. Sprinkle over the batter. Bake 350 degrees.
