- orange marmalade

- self-rising flour

- white raisins
1Cream butter until soft and add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
2Add the eggs one at a time, beating well between each addition.
3Mix in marmalade, raisins and flour.
4Turn into greased and bottom-lined deep 7 inch cake tin.
5Level the surface, and bake at 350 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until a skewer comes out clean.
6Cool for 15 minutes and turn out onto rack to cool completely.
