Ingredients For maria’s carrot cake

2 cflour

2 csugar
-
1 tspsalt

4eggs
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
3 cgrated carrots
-
2 tspbaking soda
-
1 cchopped nuts
-
1 1/2 colive oil
How To Make maria’s carrot cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon & soda.

3Combine sugar & oil.

4Add eggs & beat well.

5Add dry ingredients & blend completely.

6Mix in carrots & nuts

7Bake in greased & floured pans at 350 degrees for 50 minutes

8Cool & frost

9Bakers Frosting 5 Tbs Flour 1 Cup butter, 2 tbs vanilla, 1cup milk & 1 cup sugar

10Blend four with milk over low heat til thick. Cool completely(cover top with plastic wrap. While cooling- cream butter & sugar & vanilla. Add milk mixture & beat at high speed for 5 minutes
