- 8 large eggs
- 1/3 c vegetable oil
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c water
- 1 box marble cake mix
- 2 lbs whole milk ricotta cheese
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 small box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 1/4 c cold milk
- 4 c prepared whipped cream
1Preheat oven to 350 deg. Grease bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch baking pan Dust with flour.
In a large bowl, mix 4 eggs,oil,vanilla,1 t. vanilla,water and cake mix. Beat 3 minutes.
In another bowl,add ricotta,4 eggs,1 t. vanilla and 3/4 c sugar.Whisk until well combined.
Pour 2/3 of the cake mixture in the prepared pan. Add chocolate package (from cake mix box) to remaining cake mix,pour over cake in pan and swirl. Pour cheese mixture gently swirl into cake mixtures. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes,remove from pan to a wire rack and cool completely.
Mix pudding into milk whisk until thick,gently fold in whipped cream until combined. Frost cake.
