Little Boo's~Bacon Butterscotch mini cupcakes

Little Boo's are Butterscotch schnapps bacon cupcakes. I came up with these fall flavors when I got tired of the normal fall flavors of apple and pumpkin. I put together my sweet and salty favs. Butterscotch and Bacon YUM!

Ingredients

1 box
yellow cakemix
1 c
milk
1/2 c
veg oil
3
eggs
2 Tbsp
butterscotch shnapps
5 slice
bacon
1 can(s)
creamcheese frosting
5 Tbsp
butterscotch syrup

Step-By-Step

1Cook bacon saving bacon grease and crumble bacon put aside
2Preheat oven 350. Make cake according to package except subsitute milk for water add butterscotch shnapps and bacon grease. (2tbps shnapps 1tbsp bacon grease)
3Line cupcake pan with liners and fill 3/4 of way.
bake 10-15min. cool on rack
I used halloween liners, thats where the name came in)
4Mix cream cheese frosting w/2tbsp butterscotch syrup. Frost. drizzle syrup and crumbled bacon on top.
