When I was a little girl my aunt always made this cake. Everyone loved it. I came across it while going through her recipes after she passed away and never in my wildest dreams thought it was made from a cake mix.

Ingredients

1 pkg
lemon cake mix
1 pkg
instant lemon pudding mix
1 3/4 c
water
3
egg whites
3/4 c
milk
1/2 tsp
lemon extract
1 pkg
instant vanilla pudding mix
8 oz
caton of frozen whipped topping

Step-By-Step

1Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat on low for 1 minute. Scrape sides of bowl.

2Coat a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 23-28 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

3In another mixing bowl combine milk, extract and vanilla pudding mix. Beat on low setting for 2 minutes.

4Fold in the whipped topping to above mixture. Spread over cake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

5Serve and enjoy!
