box lemon flavored gelatin
(18 oz) lemon cake mix
(6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate
1preheat oven to 325. grease a 12 cup bundt cake pan with butter and dust with flour. thoroughly combine cake mix, eggs and oil.
2add gelatin mixture, beat 3 minutes. pour into prepared pan. bake 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
3cool 15 minutes in the pan. combine lemonade concentrate with sugar. after cake has cooled 15 minutes, gentky loosen it from sides of the pan.
4pour two thirds of the lemonade mixture over the cake in pan, allowing it to run down the sides. wait 10 minutes and invert cake unto a serving platter. pour remaining lemonade mixture over cake.
