- 1 large
- cool whip
- 1 small
- frozen lemonade original or pink
- lemon zest
1Bake the cake according to the box...bake in two 8 inch pans
2Cool completely and cut each layer in half making a total of 4 layers..
Meanwhile take frozen lemonade and mix with the cool whip...ice the cake between all layers then all over top and sides...I like to put shredded coconut...add lemon zest on the top of the icing with or without the coconut...The easiest recipe I have ever made but it's a crowd pleaser and perfect for these hot summer days...Enjoy
