Lemon Pudding Cake

I actually made this cake up based on what I had on hand. Turns out that other people have made this cake as well but with lemon instant pudding. This cake could also be reworked depending on the cake mix and pudding flavor.

Ingredients

CAKE

1 box
yellow cake mix
1 box
vanilla instant pudding (small)
3/4 c
vegetable oil
3/4 c
milk
4
eggs
3 Tbsp
sour cream
lemon extract, to taste
vanilla extract, to taste
lemon zest (optional, to taste)

GLAZE

2 c
powdered sugar
2/3 c
lemon juice

Step-By-Step

1Mix together, alternating wet and dry ingredients, adding extracts last to account for taste. Mix well until there are no lumps.
2Pour mixture into a greased bundt pan.
3Bake at 350 for 40 min.
4Let cake cool for about 10 minutes until you can flip the cake onto a plate. Glaze immediately after removing from bundt pan.
