1 box lemon cook and serve pudding mix
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
3 dash(es) yellow food coloring
club soda
1/8 dash(es) confectionary sugar

you can substitute any cake mix with wonderful results

Directions

Mix cake mix as directed substituting Club Soda for the water

Add the poppy seeds, pudding mix and yellow food coloring
3
Bake as directed using a bunt pan.

Cool and dust with confectionary sugar
