Annamaria's Story

My most popular Bundt cake yet. Requested by most. My family is my taste testers along with my husband. I love making bundt cakes because it takes me back to simpler times. This bundt cake is moist and delicious!

Ingredients

1 box
betty crocker's super moist lemon cake mix
1 pkg
4-serving size instant lemon pudding
1 1/2 c
water
1/2 c
vegetable oil
4
eggs
1 pkg
fresh blueberries (or equivalent amount of frozen blueberries)

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 325' F.

Mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Mix on medium speed until well incorporated.

Toss Blueberries in about 1/4 cup of flour until completely dusted and fold into cake mixture. Pour into cooking spray greased Bundt Cake pan and bake for 45-60 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Dust cake when cool with Powdered Sugar.
