Ingredients For kiss of heat brownies

2/3 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

1 1/2 stickbutter
-
1 1/3 csugar
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
2 Tbsppure vanilla extract

2 x lgeggs
-
1 call purpose flour
-
1 sm boxinstant chocolate pudding mix, dry

2 Tbspcocoa powder
-
1 tspinstant coffee powder
-
1 tspcinnamon, ground
-
1/4 tspchili powder
-
1/8 - 1/4 cmilk, if needed
- SERVE WITH (OPTIONAL):

vanilla ice cream
-
whipped cream, sweetened
-
cinnamon, ground
-
cocoa powder
How To Make kiss of heat brownies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 8" square baking pan.

2Place chocolate & butter in heatproof bowl & set it over simmering water until melted.

3Pour chocolate mixture into stand mixer bowl; add sugar, salt & extract. Stir in eggs, one at a time, until blended after each addition. Add flour, dry pudding, cocoa, coffee, cinnamon & chili; beat until smooth. Add milk, if needed, if batter is too thick; mix well. Pour into pan. NOTES: The coffee brings out the chocolate flavor, while the cinnamon enhances the chili flavor.

4Bake 35 - 40 minutes. Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream & dusted with cinnamon & cocoa powder. Enjoy!
