1Combine and cream eggs and sugar. Add melted margarine alternately with combined, sifted dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Bake in a 9 x 13" pan for 27 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Frost with the following Cocoa Satin Frosting.
2Cocoa Satin Frosting: 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. cocoa, 1 pound powdered sugar, sifted, 7 T. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. black walnuts (has to be black walnuts).
3Melt the shortening in a saucepan; add the cocoa and heat for a minute until they are smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and alternately add sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla and nuts. Spread on brownies. ENJOY!
