This was a recipe I had never made before but it looked so good. So I jumped in and tried it. Lots of work kind of but well worth it when done.

Ingredients For key lime cupcakes

1 boxlemon cake mix
-
1 boxlime jello (small)
-
3/4 cwater
-
1/3 ckey lime juice (reg lime juice ok but key lime better!)

1/3 coil
-
3eggs
-
2-3drops green food coloring (optional-i used it)
- GLAZE:

1 cpowdered sugar
-
2-21/2 Tbspkey lime juice
- FROSTING:
-
8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1/4 cbutter, softened
-
1 tspvanilla
-
3 1/2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make key lime cupcakes

1Cake: Add all ingredients for cake - mix well. Fill cupcake papers. Bake 350 - 17-22 min. Cool 10 min then remove from pan

2Glaze: Mix together - add more juice if needed to make thin enough to drizzle on cupcakes - Cool 30 min.

3Frosting: Beat cream cheese & butter til light & fluffy. Add rest of frosting ingredients - beating all til fluffy...FROST!
