fruit ( your choice of canned fruit in light syrup)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in 9x5x3 glass loaf dish(or small square baking dish).
In a bowl combine Flour, sugar,baking powder, milk and vanilla.Pour this mixture over the melted butter.
Arrange the can of fruit and it's syrup over batter.
Bake until batter is brown (30 min).Batter will rise to the top making a cobbler.
