Ingredients

1/2 c
jelly ( your favorite )
1
unbeaten egg white
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 dash(es)
salt

Step-By-Step

1Combine jelly, ( our favorite is strawberry), egg whites, sugar, and salt in top of double boiler
2Cook over boiling water beating constantly until stiff peaks form
3Remove from heat.
Beat until of spreading consistency, about 2 minutes.
4Frost two 8 inch layers or 24 cupcakes
