I found this recipe online. I have not tried it yet. It sounds delicious.

Ingredients

1 box
vanilla wafers
1 can(s)
20 ounce crushed pineapple with juice
1/4 c
lemon juice
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg
coconut
1
8 ounce container cool whip
1
small jar cherries
1 c
pecans (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Layer the bottom of 9 x 13 dish with vanilla wafers.
2Mix in a bowl the lemon juice and condensed milk, then add the pineapple and mix all together.
3Pour this over the vanilla wafers in the dish.
4Add another layer of vanilla wafers on top of the pineapple mix.
5Top with cool whip. coconut and cherries.
6Refrigerate overnight.
7Note: You can replace coconut with pecans if you would like.
8Serve and enjoy!
